The Managing Director, John Gilmour, is an experienced development specialist whose family has been prominent in the Sydney property industry for three generations.
In addition to several NSW land bank/subdivisions, recent projects include the development and operation of luxury residential over 50s land lease resort communities. Currently we have over 750 approved dwellings and a land bank of further circa 1,000 dwellings.
Priorities lie in developing locations of the highest calibre and quality, providing our buyers with sound long-term investments. Projects involving conservation and building refurbishment have always been a fine balance between using the latest technological developments in construction and design whilst maintaining the vision of the original architect.
Long standing associations with specialists in the areas of acquisition, design, project management and finance bring a multitude of skills and knowledge to each development.
Strong professional relationships with consultants and builders have been well established. Unlike most organisations who seek tenders for their contractors and consultants for each project, our experience has enabled us to maintain an ongoing relationship with suitable professionals who act as key participants in each important area of the development process.
